A CCTV inspection with recorded footage delivered through Dropbox, USB stick or WhatsApp. If defects are identified, we can provide a free, no-obligation repair quotation.
Full CCTV survey, MINA report & footage — from £350
The full package records the accessible drainage within the agreed scope and includes a professionally compiled MINA report, video footage and a quotation for repairs where defects are found. The starting price is based on an average three-bedroom semi-detached property; larger networks may cost more.
Pre-cleaning where required — £80 extra
Build-up, debris or a blockage may prevent a clear view. Where pre-cleaning is needed, the reason and when it was carried out are recorded in the survey report.

What the MINA report tells you
The report documents the condition seen in the surveyed pipework, the defects identified and the locations or sections inspected. Recorded footage helps you or another professional review the findings. Recommendations can inform maintenance or a repair quotation.
A full report and a short look-and-see inspection are different products. Drain tracing and mapping should also be agreed separately where a mapped layout is needed; do not assume that every CCTV visit includes mapping.
Access, survey limits and preparation
Inspection depends on safe access and whether the camera can pass through the pipe. Buried or seized covers, standing water, bends, debris or collapsed sections can limit the survey. The report should identify the sections reached and any areas that could not be inspected.
CCTV records what is visible inside the pipe at the time of the visit. It does not establish the condition of inaccessible pipework or replace structural, design or level-survey advice. Tell us in advance if an insurer, buyer, designer or authority requires particular information.
